questions on labor & jobs

I'm using PCAW 2002, and am trying to use the jobs function to track individual jobs for my company. The question I have is how can I use the daily (or weekly) timesheets and have the hours applied to individual jobs (with associated costs/billing rate from the employee records)? How or where are the hours/costs shown on the job reports?
