complete 2002/winword problem

We have upgraded to complete 2002 and seem to be having a problem with MS Word now only on machines where 2002 has been installed. Anyone aware of any conflicts? We are using word 97.

No, we are using Complete 2002 and Office 97 and we are not having any problems.

What sort of problems are you having?

says winword has performed an invalid operation. ONLY the machines with peachtree do this and they only started it after the install.
