Delete very old purchase orders

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help.

I'm a volunteer at a non-profit organization which uses Peachtree.

I noticed when I go to the Select Payment window, many old purchase orders come up, many as old as 9 years ago.

I can't seem to find anyway to delete any purchase order older than last fiscal year.

Can anybody help?

Go to task, purge wizard, and run a purge. It should force you to do a backup before hand which is very important and the purge itself may take a few hours to all day.

Thanks for the help regarding this.

Did the purge at your suggestion.

Once it was done, the log from the purge had tons of old purchase orders in it but when I went to Select Payments window, they were all still there.

Not sure what to do next.

Any help would be appreciated.
