Looking for a way to assign a specific price to an item based on a specific customer without using one of the 10 Price Levels.
The price on file for the specific Customer/Item would then show when entering a sales order for that customer and that item.
Thanks

The idea is to assign one of the ten price levels to a specific customer. Then whatever price is in that level will go to that customer for that item. That is about is good as it gets.
The other thing I have done is to memorize invoices with specific prices and use that memorized invoice when I generate an invoice for my customer. I use it to record minutes of phone support used off contract all the time

Thanks for your reply. Having more than 10 customers with specific pricing quickly uses up the price level system. Will look at the memorized transactions that you mention.

We use it like a template. The best example I can think of is Produce suppliers on the Eastern Market (Detroit) get new prices daily. I had one produce vendor create a memorized invoice that contained most of the things that were high sellers. If you edit that memorized transaction, treating it like your current price list, then you can build invoices from it. It is fairly easy to take one list, create an invoice, make some price changes, then save it as a new price list. You can have hundreds of lists if you want.
