Is it true that it is difficult to print prior period (a month ago) financial statements with-out changing the period back to the prior period? That is the date options in the financial reports seems very limited.

I wanted to print last months income statement and balance sheet. I didn't see where I could change the date to last month in the "options" icon (which is what I would do if I wanted to print last months general ledger. I didn't see where I could change this. So I changed the period to the this previous month and was then able to print these. That isn't how you need to do this?
What am I missing?

"options" defaults to current period. You can change it to "range" which allows from and to periods. You can have the report printed from one period and to the same period, which can be any open period. Income reports can also be requested for a range of periods. Requesting period 4 to period 6 will show the three month totals in the current period column.
