I need to calculate Employment period for each employee and
use it in the payroll deduction formula.

How do I get list of internal variables?

I would assume you mean the actual database record fields. If this is the case go to Help in Peachtree and in the INDEX search enter DDF. This will give you a list of the data.dat files. Within these files you will see the record fields. Each record field has a complete description of what type of data is stored in the fields.
