Set up new company w/old co. info

I use PCA V11 DOS.

Currently use only PR and AP modules. Want to set up a new company with the same module, chart of accouts, vendor and employee info, etc. (except for new tax ID #s).

Is there an "easy" way to do that?

Not a computer expert, so simple is better.

The instructions are too long for this forum. General instructions are to:
1. create the new company based on the old company's chart of accounts
2. activate the modules in the new company
3. copy and rename the data files of the old company to the new company
4. close the year in each module to zero out the balances in the new company
