You can generate this type of sales report in REPORTS and then ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. There is a listing of many preconfigured reports that can be alterted by OPTIONS after you generate an existing report. Once you get the report the way you want it SAVE it as a special name so that you can just call it up the next time you need it with out going into OPTIONS again except maybe for the date change. There are many reports and you may have to go thru most of them to see if the fields that you need are in that particular report. Peachtree does not give you all fields in all reports. You will have to pick the base report that gives you most of the information you need. Also some reports do not give you totals when you add fields so you may have to generate the report and then click EXCEL to send it to an Excel spreadsheet where there you can add columns etc.

hi chua
the report that you need is not immediately available from peachtree default reports. this is because peachtree separates the invoice information into two files - invoice file and detail invoice file. so things like invoice number, customer name, invoice date goes to the first file, and item id, quantity and unit price goes to the second file.
an alternative to this is to use the export function - this will give you the information for invoice date, invoice number, customer name, sales description, quantity, and unit price. you will then need to do an excel formula to calculate the sales tax and total sales amount for each line item.
i have done something similar, if you need my assistance, please e-mail me direct at support@riscniaga.com.
