January 2002 tax update

I received my 2002 tax update so I can run w-2's and update tax tables. I updated the first part of the 2 part update, then printed w-2's but it was not placing info in the correct boxes, so I went back to update the tax tables. After I ran the update I checked global tax tables and 2002 is not there. I'm sure the path and file are correct, but I don't know why it's not updating. Does anyone have a suggestion. Thanks.

happened to me
i had to register the tax software
that is a separate registration from the regular software registration.
tax registration i think is located once clicking on help
phone call or web based registration available i think

JimOhio is absolutly correct. In PT2002 you must register the tax service before you can use it. Not necessary to register in prior versions, but required in 2002.
