Close Company, PT 2002

Greetings,
I am in the process of closing my company for 2004 in PT 2002. If I need to access this data again, where is it saved? How do I access it? Most importantly, what is it called so that I can be sure to make back-up copies of my old data?

Make a backup. Create a new company. Restore that backup. Rename that company 03-04 (Your Company name). Then you'll have two companies with identical data.
