SR1 update won't run or access on one computer

we have one machine (XP pro) that will say there is a latest DOWNload to load and has the box checked to download but when you go to download it says your lan is not set up to download...... but it is.... when we do the CHECKS" it says to do in help, like goto PEACHTREE TODAY and hit RESOURCES.. that works fine and you are on the web.

when we manually download the update it says its ALREADY been applied yet when you look at ABOUT peachtree SR1 is NOT listed nor latest build...

HELP anyone...

If you havent fixed this, I woudl suggest you call Peachtre tech support. Sounds like a failed install.
