View Full Version : Losing 2001 info after closing 2000

We needed to close 2000 out in order to enter 2002 info so we did so and it appeared to work. Periods showing on screen started with Jan 1, 2001 through 24th period of December 31, 2002. BUT when going to reports for Accounts Payable, etc. there is no info. You can go under maintain vendors and get the info off the history but WHY ISN'T THE 2001 INFO still there?

This is kind of what happened to me (see post earlier yesterday). If you figure anything out, please let me know. Payroll for 2001 is gone and we haven't run w-2's yet. I'm thinking I'll need to revert to last backup and enter the end of December payroll stuff again. It just scares me that this could happen so easily.
