When generate 1099-Misc, the system did not pick up all the payments made in 2004 for certain vendors; is there any clue?

Go to Maintain, Vendors, and check to see whether "1099 Type:" is set on None. If so, change it to the appropriate type.

Go to Maintain, Default Information, Vendors and check which accounts are set to be included on the 1099.
