win xp & pt complete 2002

I am running a peer to peer network with pt complete 2002 (rev 9). I have five computers that are running win 98 sec. addition and I want to upgrade to win xp pro. Are there any know issuses that I may encounter. First I just want to upgrade a couple of work stations to xp pro and leave the pt 2002 file machine at the win 98 sec addition. Please advise me of any problems I may have.

Will you share Peachtree data over the network? If so, it's better to store the data on the Win XP machine instead of the Win 98 SE machines, because of the better stability and security.
