View Full Version : Alignment quirk in custom report

In updating to Peachtree Complete 2002, the layout of many of my customized reports was changed. While it has been possible to remake much of what was changed, I am stuck on one issue. The data field which is to contain "Amount received with invoice" refuses to align properly. When it is set to right alignment, which is necessary for the layout of the report, "0.0" is printed instead of "0.00" when the dollar amount is zero. The template in the data object properties window is:
--N,NNN.nn

Changing the alignment to either center or left does fix the problem, but creates a rather unattractive report.

Any advice/suggestions are more than welcome!

Try making the "Object Length" longer for those objects.

The field length and height are sufficent for the amount of digits present. Lengthening the field(even a lot) does not help. When center aligned the field length is acceptable since all the digits print.

Thanks for the suggestion, we have run into that before too.
