which report gives total gross sales?

Hello all,

Not being accounting oriented, I'm looking for a basic report but do not know which one does what. To renew my biz license I need to show my total gross sales from date x to date y. I'm using PT Accounting 2004. I've tried AR Cash Receipts Journal, AR Sales Journal, FinState Income/Earnings but either the numbers don't look right or I can only get one month to show at a time. I can't imagine this is a custom report. I'd appreciate any help.

Try Reports -> Financial Statements -> Income Statement.

Just highlight Income Statement then click Options and select the range of time you want.
