i've worked with pt for about 2 1/2 years now. i've now got pt 2005 prem accountants edition. in pt 2002, i was able to pull n/c time tickets into invoicing - it would just pull in all the time and be a zero dollar line item. we like to do this for our customers to show what time they are getting 'free' (actually these are services non-billable as they are covered in their base contract fees). with pt 2003 and now 2005, everytime i try to pull in those amount, pt only pulls in the tickets that have a dollar value connected with them and omits the $0 time tickets. i then have to manually calc these (after exporting the report to excel & manipulating it) and then manually insert them into the sales/invoicing module in order to get them to print on my invoices. does anyone know of a way i can do this easier? i am now entering these $0 tickets as a flat fee of $.01 just to get them to import/total properly for invoicing although this will over-state my numbers (very small over-statement) by year end. i also now need to enter another line entry to credit back the total of $.01 fees accumulated for that invoice/customer.
