Closing out the first quarter in payroll, I am encoutering the following problem:
Payroll Check Stub YTD totals are different (one week short) than Earnings Report YTD totals.
I have gone through payroll manually in the computer and compared to each of the checks to my hard copies. I find no discrepancies. For some reason, my payroll check stubs are one week short and I don't know why. Everything appears to be posted.
HELP!

Update: All my reports are accurate; payroll YTD figures are all accurate. The only thing that is messed up are the totals on the payroll check stub (YTD). Don't know why, but think it has something to do with when I first starting using this program, and was unsure how to process payroll, and I may have made some errors - perhaps date changing? Anyway.... the problem is, my YTD figures on payroll check stubs are wrong and I don't know how to change them. Please reply if you know how.... and hopefully, this won't affect the figures in payroll data files because those figures ARE correct.
Thanks!

The paycheck stubs total based on the checks printed. Is it possible that some of the checks weren't printed? The reports would include those unprinted checks in the total

Not sure if that was the problem - but when I did the first pay of the new quarter, miraculously all the YTD totals were accurate. Hmmm! Don't know... but....
I have another question regarding Version 13 for Dos. I should be in a new thread, but I'll sneak it in cause I'm here, if that's OK. A/P. Used to use the short checks - top half was stub, bottom half check. Switched to the 8 1/2 x 11 check, stub on top and bottom, check in the middle. In V 13 for dos how to I make this change so that the new check forms will print? TIA
