I recently went into reports and selected my accounts payable checks form for a change which needed to be made. When I clicked on this, I received the following message: "WARNING: There was no room to store those printer setup parameters in the form file." When I press OK here, what appears to be the design section (form, filter, design, etc. tabs) appear. However, the design tab is "grayed" out and does not allow me to enter into it so I can change the form.

Does anyone have any idea(s) how to fix this? And is there another way I can change the form besides this method?

Thanks for your help.

The design tab is not what you are looking for. Just highlight the form (do not double click) and select the design button at the top of the select a reports window. The error you are getting is due to the print driver. Do a search in these forums for that error and you should find where the solution has been posted in many threads.

Thanks for your help. I'll give this a try. I searched and found printer driver issues similar and will see if I can correct using this method. As always, you guys are all "life savers"!!!! Have a great day!

Most likely your first issue is with the HP printer driver. See other messages for a dicussion of this issue.
