inventory subsidiary ledger

Good day,

I am new here and hope to chat with you all soon.

May I ask for assistance with the use of peachtree accounting .

I would like to know if there is a way in the report section to make a report that contains the details in a inventory subsidiary ledger.

This report would contain the ins and outs of the inventory item such as date of purchase, supplier, invoice number, quantity, item, unit price, total amount, and the date of sales, sales invoice , customer, sales order number, quantity, item,item description, unit price and total amount of sale.

I tried opening all the available reports but can not or I would say I don't know how to do it.

Maybe...but you would have to do it through Crystal Reports.


In Peachtree,

I made a report that shows a running tab of an inventory item showing
item id
description
date
qty rec'd
qty adjusted
qty sold
remaining qty
reference (ie invoice # for sales or purchases)

You can click on any line while it is on the screen to see everything you asked, but it is not printed on one single report. Crystal would be the way you would have to go, otherwise just do it like I did directly in Peachtree.

Why not just exporet to excel and print from there, you can adjust how you want it printed , paper size etc
