Hi again

I am converting an existing company to Peachtree and have several boxes of check stock that I would like to use.

From my research Peachtree only prints laser checks, but as I said, I am new to this program.

Can Peachtree print checks on an impact printer?

Thanks,

Norm

I have always used an impact printer (Epson LQ-570+) in PT for my checks all the way up to the current version (PT 2002). Seems to work just fine.

Peachtree is not designed just for laser printer, it works fine with impact printer as well. To reduce the printing time, you may use "Printer font" instead of print as graphics. To do so, you can customize your cheques, forms or reports in the "design" screen, right click on the field properties and check "Use Printer Font".

Difficult to explain in details here, check it in your manual.
