My company just went to a acct. based system (pt 2005 for Mfg), and are currently building our sales/work ticket history for the year. Our problem is that it appears that when we go to close out curtain work tickets, the inventory is date sensitive. i.e. work ticket is created 3/1/05, po created after that date with the parts receipt after that date as well. The parts are there for the close of the work ticket but the system will not close the ticket out due to the date of the parts receipt into inventory. Any ideas on what we are doing wrong?
