W2 Skips Some Employees

When printing W-2's (18 employees in total), Peachtree prints about 13 of them and then prints a Company Total. The setup is the same for all employees - no reason it should skip some. The W-3 prints out correctly. PT v7.0 with 2002 Tax Tables.

Any suggestions?

the reason this is happening is because you have a social security number listed twice in the maintain employees. it has something to do with the way the order of the w2's are printing this year. let me know if that helps.

I had read that on a previous post and so I knew to check it out. I looked at all 18 employees maintain screen and there were no duplicates.

I seriously think the 2002 Payroll Update (which includes the software update) has some bugs in it. Since installing the tax tables weird things are happening. I have a client that is having problems with Recurring Entries - they're not appearing in the Edit screen of pmts but do appear in the check register; another client is now having problems with Acct Reconciliation - checks/deposits not appearing.
