Check Register

HI! We are using Peachtree Accounting 2002. I have a question about modifing the Check Register Report. We would like to see the accouting description, not the account number. Is there any easy way to change this? Please note that we do not have Crystal Reports. Do I need to purchase Crystal reports to make this change?
