Hi all!
Thanks for your replies about the initial probs. I have been facing at my new job. I am slogging thru them one by one...and actually making progress. It IS a slow process tho!
Payroll is pretty much set up as far as recording accurate tax deductions.
HOWEVER....I KNOW that it can be set up to:
1) calculate Advanced Earned income credit (the book/help section give no decent instructions how to do this).
2) track earned/used vacation, sick, & personal hours. The help section requires a formula...the one they give doesn't work.
3) is there a way to enter a separate line for pd. holidays (so it would look like the other lines for deductions or additions to the gross pay)?
PLEASE be specific and give me step-by-step.
