invoice won't print

I am running complete accounting 2003, with a HP 2410d printer. I can print reports and any other item w/i peachtree.

However, when I try to print an invoice, the printer doesn't respond.

I have reloaded accounting 2003, and reinstalled the drivers, but it still will not print an invoice.

I received a suggestion to use a more generic driver. Any suggestions regarding a good generic driver for this model HP?

If the printer is a network printer, update every computer to the same driver.

If it's a laser, use HP LaserJet Series II as a generic driver. For inkjets, use HP DeskJet 500.

You are probably printing a Custom Form. This form has been associated with a specific Print Driver you no longer use.
Test by printing to a Standard form. Check your design setup in the the custom form for which printer driver you have associated the FORM with
