Hopefully someone out there has an answer for me on this one. I am looking for a customer relations management tool. I thought I had found the right one in ACT but it turns out that not everyone in the office can use it because of the different operating systems we use. We design and sell engineering software so we need all of the systems for testing. I think I have found the answer for this in some of the open source CRM tools like SUGAR or vTiger. My question is does anyone out there know of a way to link Peachtree with these applications or of another one that does? I ideally would like for my CRM to communicate with our accounting tool for ease of collecting payment. Please let me know.

Other than Act I don't think you'll find anything prewired to work with Peachtree. It's possible to create your own connection to a CRM package with PawCOM (http://www.acctadv.com/pawcom), though.
