I am using peachtree classic . Cannot update checks . system is running same invoices with differnet check numbers over and over. Need help will appreciate all suggestions and help!!!!

From the main menu, select UTILITIES, and then BACKUP/RESTORE and backup your data before proceeding. Then select RECOVER DATA FILES on the UTILITIES menu. Proceed through the prompts and select Accounts Payable. The select RECOVER ALL. Review the printed report and then check to see if your problem is resolved.
