error in general file module 4

Does anyone know what this means? The lady is converting from 6 to 9.02 and something has gone haywire. We have restored to her last backup (01/09/02) and we are getting this message. It is also coming up with a message saying it can't find IOWA STATE TAXES and we are in Georgia. Sounds crazy but true. Hoping someone can shed some light for me! Thanks, stevens@precdata.com
