Why not?
Certainly, just customized a PO with the printer setup to the fax driver. One reminder, allow sufficient memory for this to work properly.

How do you setup your printer to fax driver??
Hi,
In order to fax a document from your computer you need to setup a fax printer driver. This is not only true for Peachtree, but for all windows applications (in most cases).
A fax printer driver is a piece of software that simulates a virtual printer but in fact is a fax. What you have to do in order to send a fax is to select the corresponding printer (which is the fax) and then print the document (after the fax printer driver was setup). The fax program should ask you then the recipients.
To setup the fax printer driver:
1-Open your Printers folder to check if there is already a fax setted up. There should be a printer that say the word "fax" somewhere. If that's your case... go to peachtree and print to that printer (fax).
2-Depending on your OS the fax feature could be embledded. For example Windows XP and Windows Me comes with a fax utility function. I think Windows 2000 has it too, but Win 9x does not (i'm not quite sure about this).
If you have a Fax Embledded OS, just activate the fax feature in the Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs -> Windows Components. The fax program should appear in Start->Programs->Accesories->Communications (or something like that).
3-If you don't have a Fax Embledded OS you are S.O.L. (Sadly Out of Luck). Go out and buy a copy of a fax program like WinFAX and install it.
In fact you should buy a copy of WinFAX, beacuse the Windows Embledded fax program is not as good.
Any other questions I will be more than happy to help.

I think jag's explanation is clear enough for the setup part.
Something about the hardware, usually fax from a computer starts from a modem. Check if your computer has a modem, if you've a modem, very likely when you buy the modem, a fax program is already included, like bitware, superfax, even winfax, etc. So, check your manual of the computer or modem first.
