I've been using DDE w/ Access 95 for about 5 years without many problems, but this one has me stumped.
I'm getting an error when trying to transfer sales invoices over to Peachtree from just 1 customer. The others work fine.
The DDE process starts, transfers the info, then I get an Application Error on the Access Side. The DDE window doesn't go away, but there are no errors. The Invoice makes it to peachtree, but there are problems with invoice number assigning when printing the invoice.
I've tried reindexing the files and using the intregrity checker. Everything seems fine.
It's been happening since the close of the new year. If I do go back to the backup. What's the best way to get the new 2002 transactions back in without re-entering?
Also, Any thoughts on getting me over the "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" syndrome. Access 95 and v6 are becoming a bit outdated.
