We are using PCA 2002, program on a workstation, data on a W2K server. 2002 Tax service has been installed and registered from same workstation.
When we try to print our 2001 W-2's, that year is not offered as a choice, only years 2000 and earlier. I suspect the lack of the 2001 choice is what is causing the alignment havoc when we do a test print.
Would anyone know why we don't have the 2001 W-2 as a choice? Thanks in advance.
