Hi I work for a company which runs Peachtree v7.0. I am totally accounting illiterate so I am in need of your help.
My company primarily does service or labor. I do my own invoice in which my boss has provided a labor 'item' that I select that represents me as the person reponsible for the labor. Each person in the company who bills has his or her own 'item' to use (denoted by their initials i.e. 'time-jsm') which credits them for the hours they bill. I am probably making this sound overcomplicated but you'll have to excuse my ignorance.
My question is, I would like to print out the total number of hours that I billed for each customer over a period, say like for 2001. A nice report which shows a different customer on each line item with either the total number of hours I billed them AND/OR the total amount $$$ that was billed for the specified period.
Please advise. I have searched high and low in Peachtree but just can't figure it out.
