Is there a way to easily determine what purchases have been entered based on when they were entered and not the invoice date? I would like to print a list and check how they have been entered but the purchases report only the invoice date as one of its criteria.

I don't think this is possible with Peachtree.

There is no time stamp in the Peachtree journal records, so you can't be sure when a transaction was actually entered unless you have audit trail turned on and check the audit trail information.

Not to be contrary but the audit trail tells me that there is a time stamp and an operator stamp.
