Tax update problem

I just bought and installed the tax update and installed it using the update option in the Services pull down menu.

Now whenever i bring up payroll entry i get several error messages:

Could Not Find The SIT 05 Single Calculation
Could Not Find The SUI ER 05 Single Calculation

I am new to peachtree and would like to resolve these issues.
