I recently upgraded to 2006 and now there are cash deposits and checks from several years ago that appear on the bank reconciliation. I have run the data verification and there are no errors. What do you do?

This problem as describe is typically due to having used the same DEPOSIT ticket and or check numbers / reference more than once.
You may have to start by reviewing your bank recs for each of the open periods. If you have used the same Deposit Ticket or Check Number more than once, you will have to edit those that are currently eligible for editing or change to a uniques number. Deposit Ticket reference and or checks - add a suffix such as a letter or a combination -1 number and repost or save. Then go back to Bank Rec and clear the items.
