missing transactions in job reports

We are using v8.0 and after closing out 2000 we cannot display details of transactions in job profitability, job ledger or other job related reports for 2001. The transactions have job ids assigned and were posted. We have run the integrity check and downloaded the upgrade from peachtree.com with no success.
Any ideas please.

Problem solved!

We reset to Period 1 and ran the integrity check. We reindexed files such as customer, reports and vendors. We then ran the inventory sync.
After a 2 hour wait for Peachtree Telephone Support Thx Al.
