View Full Version : I was curious; I can’t get my 941-payroll report to print

I was curious; I can’t get my 941-payroll report to print. It acts like it prints fine but only sends out blank paper. Payroll register prints fine, and accounts payable prints fine, everything else in Peachtree Version 9 2002 prints fine but the 941. I can even preview it on the screen but when it goes to print it sends out a blank piece of paper. I also noticed that the sample company does the same thing. Appreciate any input you might have.

Have you confirmed that you've installed the latest patch for Peachtree? You can check at http://www.peachtree.com/html/PCW_product_update.cfm

Also, I'd try reinstalling your printer driver, and reindexing the Report file and Report Data files. I'm not sure that any of these will fix this, but it's part of the process of elmination that you must go through in such instances.

I downloaded update from peachtree and it resolved the problem.
