Customizing A/R Invoices

Hello,

I need to add a multi-line text box to the A/R invoice (preferably under the "ship to" area), that will show up when accessing "Sales/Invoicing". We need this box to add misc. notes to each invoice. I went into the design and added the box, but when I click on "Sales/Invoicing" the box does not appear.

Also, the description of the invoice prints double spaced. When I went into the design area to change the spacing, the whole description area is one grouped field and will not let me click on each line to move it closer together. I am using Peachtree Accounting 2005.

Does anyone know how to fix these two problems?

You can't modify the Sales/Invoicing screen, and as you found, there's limited ability to modify the body of the invoice. The solution to both issues is to work outside of the program, such as with PawCOM (http://www.acctadv.com/pawcom).
