I printed W-2's and the amount for state wages is wrong. I should be the same as Federal wages but its the same as FICA we just started a 401K in jun of 2001. Why is this and how do i fix it so that this year reflects correct amount. 401k suppose to be pretax on both federal and state level. HELP
I have found a way to make state wages appear on W-2 with correct amount. What the real problem is is that peachtree is not doing the 401k distribution as pretax for the state only for federal income. I need to know how to fix this. so that this year will be correct.
