help please..My W-2s won’t print, everything else prints.

My W-2s won’t print, everything else prints. I do have the tax service and it is registered but when I go to print I just get blank pieces of paper.(the printer acts like it is printing) I’m curious if you might have any ideas why it’s not printing the W-2s. Appreciate any help you might give me.

Peachtree prints W-2's only if the data on the W-2's have affected the general ledger. If your information is shown as beginning balance information only, no W-2 's will print. We ended up issuing fake checks for the year, printing W-2's and then voiding the checks. Hope this helps.
