YTD Amounts Not Zeroed Out on Payroll Check

Hi,
I am using PT Complete ver.8 for the second year, and the YTD amounts were zeroed out on all but ONE
of the payroll checks processed when I did Payroll for the first time this year. I am scheduled to do Payroll again on 2/1, and it would be nice if I could get this resolved by then.

Deb - if you go to maintain employee and pull up this one person if there anything under beginning balance - if not okay. if you do a payroll register for the employee for the year (2002) do you see any check on there with NO check number??? if all else fails are you familiar with the integrity checker? if not you can email me at salkay@aol.com and i will give you step by step instruction.
