Client is on PT Prem Dist 2005 -

They have a picking list and a packing list that they have customized. One of them shows 17 line items and one shows 18 line items which is a bit disconcerting when matching up paperwork.

The line items are in a group item and I'm not seeing anyway to control how many lines appear in the group. My standard pick and pack lists both show 20 lines. How could they have altered what's appearing? I'll have to ask if they changed font size.

Is there a way to control how many lines appear in a group?

are you talking about limiting the actual number of records that are returned in a group? actual data?

oops - I was thinking you were talking about a Crystal report as well. (I was in the wrong Forum! :) )

Go to FORM DESIGN, and select the click on the body group and select properties. Now look in the lower left section of the next screen for a setting labeled "Define Row Spacing". Check this setting on both forms. This feature will allow you to effictively define the number of printed lines per document or form.
