I recently purchased Peachtree Complete 2000. Since upgrading I have been having problems with applying the finance charges. All of my customers are entered the same, however, at the end of the pay period the finance charge will apply to some but not all of the customers that are 30 or more days overdue. Any suggestions?

Let me first state that I am using PT First Accounting v 7.0, but the finance charges should apply the same. You need to open the customer manager and change the defaults for each customer. Be sure to check the box for apply finance charges. From here you can then set up differing finance charge terms for each individual customer.
