Printing problems

When printing a invoice, I get a error message there was no room to store those printer setup parameters in the form file. If I say ok and print the invoice, alot of copies of the invoice will be printed.

This problem is caused by an incompatilbe printer driver. Typically the problem is corrected by changing the Windows printer driver software to another compatible version. I.E. An HP Laserjet 4100 can use an HP LaserJet 4 print driver as an alternative. There are many posts on this problems, where you will find essentilally the same answer as above.

I'm getting the same error message with the 2005 w-2 forms for both the standard and 4 per page.

2004 forms print without giving me an error message so something changed with the 2006 payroll tax update or there is a problem with these forms.

I'm using PT complete 2004 and this is happening on both my XP and win2K machines.

Anyone else able to print these forms without getting an error message?
