  • Activating Audit Trail Report

    I have Peachtreee Premium Accounting 2009, upgraded from PT Complete 2007. According to the manual, there is supposed to be a check box in the Maintain Company Information window where I can activate the audit trail report feature.

    This box is not there. What do I do?

    I'm sure glad I had mine turned on before I made the upgrade!

      Once you set up users in Maintain/UserSecurity the Audit trail repaor should show. In older versions you had to activate it, but in the newer versions it is always on.

        I am a user set up in the User Security. I always have been. If the Audit Trail feature is already activated in the 2009 upgrade, why am I not able to use it or find it?

            To locate the report, click on Reports & Forms - Company - Audit Trail Report.
