Red face Schedule manufacturing batchs

How would I create a (report) that look at sales orders out 1 day, 5 days, 10 days, etc and the finished inventory levels to schedule manufacturing? Is this a pick ticket function? Thanks, Tom

Sorry no answer. I am looking for a similar solution. I would like to create work tickets and have the available inventory be reduced as I add items to manufacture. The way it works now, as I add work tickets no inventory items are updated until the work ticket is closed. I would like to schedule production for the day and be made aware of any items that are short on a cumulative basis.

If you are using Peachtree Manufacturing or Distribution, then check you settings under MAINTAIN - DEFAULT INFORMATION - INVENTORY ITEMS - ORDERING. There is an option that allows quantities used in open Work Tickets to be calculated into the Inventory Item Quantities Available.
