Departmental Income statement with 2 departments?

Our general ledger is set-up with many departments. For example:
Revenue accounts
40000-002
40000-005
40000-007
Etc.

Can I set up an income statement that would include both the -005 and -007 departments? If so, how do I do this?

Thanks
Kimberly

If you go into the Financial Statement designer and then double click on the columns, you will get into the column settings. If you highlight one of the activity rows, you will see a department mask in the upper right that you can use to get side by side department reporting.

Unhappy Using Dept segments

I'm not sure if this is the same. I'm using the Dept segments and only a few of my accounts from one dept are being used on more than one stmt. I have only the one dept selected under options - you can either pick all or 1 dept.

Thanks,

Lisa
