Question Changing Accounting period dates

When 2017 started I noticed that Peachtree Complete Accounting 2010 had 2 Accounting periods for Jan. The first one has the dates 1/1/2017-1/2/2017 the next one has 1/3/2017-2/28/2017. How do I get the rest of January on the first one and all of February into the second one?

The only way to fix this would be to restore from the backup the year end wizard created, then re-run year end and just make sure the periods all are correct before rolling forward.
