Unhappy printing multiple copies of same doc

all of a sudden I cannot print accounts payable checks without multiple copies of the same payment printing. All have the same check # and 40 checks appears to be willing to actually print over 20,000 documents. I had to stop the run from actually printing. Immediatly rior to this occuring I received this message "There was no room to store those printer setup parameters in the form file". This message was discussed in 2005 but referenced an issue woth the install of a replacemnet printer which is not my case. As far as I can tell there haven't been any changes made to my printer which worked fine last month when I printed that last batch of payments. Any ideas anyone? I should note that I run my Peachtree thru a network not just on my desktop.

This problem could be related to a user customized AP Check form or the network printer driver being used. The error message refers to an incompatible printer driver. Try changing this element first and the check form next.
